![]() The lower 15 m are thought to indicate sedimentation in a shallow lake or lagoon in which the salinity fluctuated, and consist of mudstones and shaly mudstones with sporadic occurrences of beds (lenses) of sideritic mudstones and siltstones within which insects (below middle and right), crustaceans (including spinicaudatans (clam shrimps) (above left), ostracods (seed shrimps), and prawns (above second left) ), fish/sharks (above third left and far right) and plants (below left and second left) are preserved.
